At CRP Affordable, we utilize innovative design and green building practices to develop high quality homes. We seek to incorporate and meet LEED Platinum Standards and the Green Building Code in all of our developments.

We have experience in incorporating “passive design” principles, reducing energy consumption, and increasing energy efficiency. We prioritize the development of affordable housing that is environmentally and structurally sound.

We have forged successful partnerships with government agencies, elected officials, business organizations, neighborhood associations, and non-profits and work hand-in-hand with them daily.
